Aesthetics – gentle corrections

Modern aesthetic dentistry offers many gentle procedures to improve tooth colour, shape and alignment:

  • Aesthetic, high-quality fillings
  • All-porcelain restorations
  • Veneers
  • Whitening
  • Almost invisible orthodontics (Invisalign)

Aesthetic, high-quality tooth-coloured fillings, which are bonded with the tooth, are now offered as standard in the lateral tooth region.
Advantages include good abrasion resistance and completion of treatment in a single visit.

All-porcelain tooth replacements have become an integral part of modern dentistry. Technologically advanced zirconium oxide ceramic enables the production of completely metal-free crowns and bridges.

The outstanding aesthetics of all-porcelain tooth replacements without a metal core are impressive.

Porcelain inlays

An inlay or onlay individually and precisely produced in the dental laboratory is necessary to correct major defects in the lateral tooth region.

A porcelain inlay or onlay that can be optimally matched to the colour of the teeth is virtually invisible. As well as having this outstanding aesthetic advantage, porcelain inlays are biologically well tolerated.

Veneers (porcelain overlays)

Veneers (porcelain overlays) are a gentle method of removing optical deficits, particularly in the anterior region of the mouth, without having to remove too much healthy tooth structure (which is necessary in the case of crowns, for example). Treatment with veneers simply requires the removal of a minimum layer of enamel or the abrasion of the enamel.

Tooth lightening through whitening

Teeth can become discoloured through the consumption of coffee, tea or cigarettes. They also become darker with increasing age. These discolorations can often no longer be removed through professional cleaning, as the pigments have penetrated the tooth surface.
